William R. Balestrino is an associate attorney at Daily &Woods, P.L.L.C. in Fort Smith, Arkansas. His practice involves general civil litigation including a wide range of legal matters, including oil, gas, and mineral lease issues; wills, trusts, estates, and probates; landlord–tenant law; general property law; contract law; business law; and employment law.
Mr. Balestrino is a proud graduate of Northside High School (Fort Smith) class of 2018. From there he traveled to Mississippi where he attended the Mississippi University for Women and earned his B.S., summa cum laude, (2022).
During his time at The W, Mr. Balestrino was a student of the Ina E. Gordy Honor’s college where his final research was published, titled: “Reducing Recidivism Through Rehabilitation: An Observational Study on Rehabilitative Programming During and After Incarceration to Determine Best Practices for Successful Reintegration into Society.” The publication is available for viewing on Mr. Balestrino’s LinkedIn profile.
Heading back towards home, Mr. Balestrino attended the University of Arkansas School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, (2025). During his time on The Hill he also served as Trial Competition co-chair for the William H. Sutton Barrister’s Union Trial Competition serving as a part of the Board of Advocates, and represented the Law School and the Board of Advocates competing in the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association National Trial Competition.
Mr. Balestrino is licensed to practice in Arkansas, where he is a member of the Sebastian County and Arkansas Bar Associations.
Mr. Balestrino is a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas. When he is not at the office, Mr. Balestrino can be found barbequing, fishing, floating, hiking, playing bingo, reading for leisure, rooting for the Hogs, cheering on the NHS Grizzlies, or working on some form of woodworking or pyrography project.
